Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 to 75 years Renal calculi indicated for supine PCNL stones more than 20 mm maximal diameter multiple calyceal stones partial or complete staghorn calculi or clinician determined PCNL preference over other modalities Patients that come under ASA class one classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with uncorrectable coagulopathy Active uncontrolled urinary tract infection or urosepsis Pregnancy or women of childbearing potential without contraception Patients with severe cardiorespiratory compromise precluding supine positioning or anesthesia Patient with renal anatomical abnormalities
