Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.UNILATERAL LATERAL EPICONDYLITIS 2.PAIN SCORE SHOULD BE 4-8 ON VAS SCORING 3. PRTEE SCORE SHOULD EXCEEDS 40 4.GRIP STRENGTH ON AFFECTED SIDE SHOULD BE LESS THAN 80 PERCENT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of trauma or surgery to the affected upperlimb. 2.Presence of neurological disorders, such as cervical radiculopathy or peripheral nerve entrapment. 3.Current or recent use (within 4 weeks) of corticosteroid injection or other invasive treatments for lateral epicondylitis. 4.Individual with systemic inflammatory conditions( e.g.,rheumatoid arthritis, lupus). 5.Individuals with metabolic disorders(diabetes,gout) 6.Patients with bilateral lateral epicondylitis.
