Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than or equal to 18 years and less than or equal to 65 years. 2.Patients presenting with signs and symptoms indicative of Rotator Cuff Pathology (such as pain, weakness, or positive impingement tests) that warrant referral for a diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging MRI scan. 3.Scheduled to undergo diagnostic MRI of the affected shoulder as part of standard clinical care. 4.Ability to provide Written Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior surgery on the affected shoulder. 2.Known inflammatory arthropathy (e.g., Rheumatoid Arthritis). 3.Full-thickness rotator cuff tear confirmed by MRI. 4.Presence of significant tendon calcification or severe artifacts limiting adequate SWE examination. 5.Contraindications to MRI.
