Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of eithder gender within the age group of 21-50 years. 2. Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 3. Subjects who are ready to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of chronic systemic illness. (e.g., CVA, CKD and Cardiovascular diseases) 2. Pregnant and Lactating women. 3. Subjects with BMI less than 25 kg/m2 4. Subjects with hormonal or drug induced obesity. 5. Subjects under weight reduction medicine.
