Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 45 years No history of cardiovascular and psychiatric or neurological disorders Not on psychotropic medication Normal hearing ability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Seizure disorder or epilepsy Respiratory diseases Hearing impairment Active psychological distress or ongoing therapy Use of drugs affecting Autonomic function

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The combination of Breathwork with Auditory beat will improve the physiological outcomes measured via HRV, RR, BP, Pulse and the Emotional state measured via PANAS score. The outcomes with isochronic tones will be better than Binaural Beats. Timepoint: Baseline parameters of HRV and Emotional state will be compared with 3 conditions randomly within 1 week interval
