Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (A).Patients above 20 years and below 70 years.(B).Patients having classical features of H.pylori infection full filling the diagnostic criteria will be screened for H.pylori infection. (C).H.pylori positive patients(confirmed by Upper GI endoscopy with Rapid Urease Test)(D).Patient with uncomplicated Hypertension,Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,Chronic kidney disease,Peptic and gastric ulcers,Liver cirrhosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A)Age below 20 years and above 70 years B).Carcinoma esophagus ,carcinoma stomach, any other GI Carcinoma and metastasis. C).Past history of abdominal surgery. D).Pregnant and lactating women. E).Patient with major systemic illness. F).Patients suffer from oral,pharyngeal and laryngeal infections. G)Hiatus Hernia
