Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Grade I and II 2.Scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia 3.Provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade III and IV 2. History of cardiovascular disease 3.BMI less than 20 or more than 30 4.Pregnancy or Lactation 5.Allery to local anaesthetics 6. Anticipated difficult airway 7.Duration of surgery more than 3hrs 8.Surgical complications (e.g.,dura puncture,bleeding)
