Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 30 to 65 years diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 2.Type 2 diabetes patients with gastroparesis symptoms 3.HbA1c levels between 6.8% and 9% 4.Both Male and Female gender 5.Who are recruited from diabetic outpatient clinics 6.No history of recent physiotherapy and any other forms of treatment 7.Sedentary or insufficiently active individuals, ie, undertaking less than 20 minutes of moderately vigorous activity 8.Having BMI greater than 25kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe diabetic complications 2.Glycated haemoglobin (HbA1C)greater than 9 percentage 3.Inability to walk for exercise 4.Type 1 diabetes or secondary forms of diabetes 5.Pregnant or lactating women
