Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects fulfilling minimum 3 among the subjective criteria of Pandu roga. 2. Female subjects with Hb% between 7 to 11 gm% and male subjects with Hb% between 8 to 12 gm%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of congenital diseases related to the hematopoietic system, like Sickle cell Anaemia. 2. Diagnosed case of systemic illness like Chronic Kidney Disorder, Irritable Bowel Disorder, Etc. 3. Subjects on prolonged medication like Aspirin and proton pump inhibitors. 4. Subjects having bleeding hemorrhoids and diagnosed cases of other bleeding disorders, like colon carcinoma. 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
