Intervention1: KHAMAASANA PRACTICE: Khamaasana is performed for 5days in a week which will be performed for 4 weeks, so total 20 sessions. Control Intervention1: NOT APPLICABLE: NOT APPLICABLE

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 and above Individuals practicing Jainism (male and female). Participants willing to perform Khamaasana regularly for the prescribed intervention period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with diagnosed psychiatric disorders (e.g., major depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis). Participants currently undergoing psychological therapy or psychiatric medication for stress or anxiety. Participants regularly practicing yoga, meditation, or other stress-reduction techniques in the last 3 6 months. Participants with musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular conditions that contraindicate Khamaasana. Participants with a history of recent trauma, surgery, or chronic pain conditions affecting participation. Participants with substance abuse or dependence.
