Intervention1: Homoeopathic Medicines: Each dose of medicine consists of 4 cane sugar globules no. 30 moistened with prescribed medicine to be taken orally on clean tongue with empty stomach.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 60 years of both sexes. 2. Presence of one or more acute localized superficial abscesses size less than or equals to 5 cm, non emergency. 3. Not on systemic antibiotics at the time of recruitment. 4. Willing to avoid self-medication or surgery unless medically required. 5. Informed consent provided.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunocompromised patients e.g., HIV, chemotherapy 2. Diabetic patients with uncontrolled blood glucose level. 3. Abscesses requiring emergency surgical intervention. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Prior homeopathic treatment for abscess within last 3 months.
