Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants aged 18 to 25 years. 2 Both male and female recreational sprinters. 3 College going students who participate in sprint running activities. 4 Participants with minimum one year of sprint training experience. 5 Participants who are willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants with history of musculoskeletal injury in the lower limb during the last six months. 2 who have undergone any surgery affecting movement, balance or coordination. 3 Participants with medical conditions such as asthma or cardiorespiratory problems that limit physical performance. 4 Participants who refuse to provide informed consent.
