Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who required critical/absolute anchorage bilaterally in maxillary arch 2.Patients with sufficient Bucco alveolar bone thickness 3.Non smokers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having any systemic diseases like uncontrol diabetes 2.Patients with bone metabolic disorders like osteoporosis and bone syndromes 3.Patients with any previous history of allergies to local anaesthetics and on bisphosphonate therapy and anti-inflammatory drugs
