Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients with thyroid nodule detected on clinical examination or Ultrasound 2) Nodules ranging from 5 mm to 50 mm in maximum diameter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of thyroidectomy. 2) Multinodular disease without distinct isolated nodules. 3) Completely cystic nodules. 4) Nodules that are too large to be entirely visualized within the SWE acquisition box. 5) Nodules with macrocalcifications (as these interfere with elastographic assessment).
