Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants who are diagnosed as PCOS by the physician based on rotterdam criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participants who are pregnant and breastfeeding. The participants currently involved in fertility treatment. The participants who are allergic to roots and tubers.

MeasureTime frame
The assessment of metabolic status will include Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (Fasting, 1Hour and 2Hour), Fasting insulin level, Fasting Lipid Profile (Cholesterol level, HDL and LDL).The assessment of hormone variables will include the measurement of serum testosterone, serum prolactin and thyroid hormones specifically T4 and TSH.In addition to the PCOS Panel Ovarian Morphology will be carried out through ultrasound Timepoint: These parameters will be assessed at two specific time points: at baseline (prior to the initiation of supplementation) and after 90 days of supplementation to evaluate the changes associated with the intervention.
