Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students aged 18 30 years, Both males and females, Presence of at least one active hamstring trigger point, Pain on palpation, Restricted hamstring flexibility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hamstring tear (last 6 months), Neurological disorders, Skin infections or wounds over treatment area, Bleeding disorders, Current physiotherapy treatment for hamstring pain.
