Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ECOG-PS 0-2 2. Age more than 18 years 3. Histologically confirmed lung cancer 4. Staged with CT head and neck-thorax-abdomen-pelvis or PET-CT 5. Treated with Definitive RT with or without concurrent chemo 6. Documented follow up data available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of lung cancer 2. Palliative intent treatment 3. Other concurrent malignancy 4. Incomplete radiotherapy 5. Incomplete medical records
