Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Sheetapitta Children fit for Vamana and Virechana Age between 8-16 years of either sex parents or guardian willing to give informed consent/ assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with Sheetapitta having Immunocompromised conditions including HIV/AIDS Patients unfit for Vamana & Virechana therapy Patients with Metabolic disorders

The Patients in both the groups will be assessed using Scoring based on lakshanas of SheetapittaTimepoint: 0TH DAY 10TH DAY 30TH DAY

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The Patients in both the groups will be assessed using Urticaria activity score UASTimepoint: 0TH DAY 10TH DAY 30TH DAY
