Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Patients with clinically and histologically diagnosed OLP with Desquamative Gingivitis (WHO criteria (1978 modified in 2003) and with a minimum NRS score of 2 and ODSS Score of 10. Patients willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of histologic signs of dysplasia. Patients with skin lesion who might require systemic therapy Pregnant and lactating women. Patient with photosensitivity. Patients with any uncontrolled systemic diseases Patients with substance use disorders or addiction such as smoking, pan chewing, alcohol etc.
