Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. No current use of lemon juice, Roselle, or other herbal treatments for urolithiasis. Documented history of recurrent calcium oxalate stones or mixed stones over the last five years, with at least one kidney stone confirmed by imaging at baseline. No history of severe gastrointestinal or metabolic disorders that interfere with dietary interventions.
