Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous breastfeeding mothers aged between 25 and 35 years. 2. Mothers between 6 months and 1 year postpartum. 3. Presence of cervico-thoraco-lumbar musculoskeletal pain with a pain score more and equal than 4 on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale. 4. Participants who are willing and able to participate in the exercise program for the study duration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any medical contraindications to exercise. 2. History of spinal surgery, spinal fracture, or major trauma to the spine. 3. Severe postpartum complications. 4. Congenital deformities of the spine. 5. Known musculoskeletal disorders such as ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis. 6. Nerve root compression with neurological deficit in the cervical, thoracic, or lumbar region. 7. Pain associated with neurological disorders.
