Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Homemakers and Working women who may also be involved as homemakers Work experience in the working population- more than 1 year Age- 25 to 55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy at the time of our study Diagnosed with psychological and psychiatric conditions Uncontrolled multiple systemic illness Individuals with difficulty in reading and understanding Individuals presenting with dysmenorrhea
