Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Underwent laparoscopic splenectomy after Preoperative or intraoperative confirmation of moderate or massive splenomegaly as defined
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Planned open or hand-assisted splenectomy 2. Incomplete medical records
