Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with classical sign and symptoms of Kaphaja Pratishyaya.(Nasa Strav,Nasa Kandu). 2) Patient having age group 18 to 60 yrs.Will be irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, socio-economic status. 3) Patient who gave written consent for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with other systemic diseases k/c/o HTN, DM, Asthma, TB, AIDS ,Covid 19 etc. 2)Patients other than Pratishyaya , Allergic Rhinitis, Atropic Rhinitis and other nasal disorder, Nasal polyp, Ca of nasopharynx etc. 3) Chronicity of disease more than 2 months. 4) Patient suffering from Nasagat krumi,Gandh Nyan nashta,Drustha Pratishya.

1.To review the Iiterature of Kaphaja Pratishyaya with reference to Chronic Rhinitis in view of Ayurveda and Modern. 2.To review the literature of Vacha Potali Nasya in Kaphaja Pratishyaya 3.To evaluate the efficacy of Chaturjatak Churna Nasya in Kaphaja Pratishyaya. 4.To compare between Vacha Potali Nasya and Chaturjatak Churna Nasya in Kaphaja Pratishyaya. 5.To observe the adverse drug reaction.Timepoint: 7 Days	—
