Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders of Age 35 50 years willing to participate. Subjects clinically diagnosed with mechanical NP along with referred pain to unilateral upper limb Individuals positive to neural tension test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical trauma, fractures, or previous cervical surgery. Presence of neurological deficits such as sensory loss, muscle weakness, or abnormal deep tendon reflexes or pathological reflexes indicating UMN/LMN involvement. Presence of space-occupying lesions in the cervical or upper thoracic region (e.g., tumors, cysts) as confirmed clinically or radiologically. Rheumatologic or systemic inflammatory disorders Skin lesions or contraindications to manual therapyor any suction or friction modality. History of Whiplash injury Neck deformities like torticollis
