Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male and female patients aged between 18 and 65 years. 2 Prediagnosed with USG Grade I or Grade II Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) and attending the general outpatient department (OPD) of Sanjeevani hospital DSRRAU. 3 Patient willing to sign the consent form for the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Alcohol intake 2 Individuals with a history of cardiovascular disorders 3 Viral hepatitis (HBsAg/anti-HCV positive) 4 Uncontrolled DM (HbA1c greater than 9 percent), CKD, active malignancy. Pregnancy/lactation.
