Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a confirmed or clinically probable diagnosis of Neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer s, Parkinson s, Huntington s, Parkinson plus syndromes) Demyelinating diseases (Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders) Age matched healthy controls without neurological or psychiatric illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History or presence of other major neurological disorders (e.g., tumors, stroke, epilepsy) Significant head injury or prior neurosurgery MRI scans with poor image quality or motion artefacts
