Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Are working professionals of higher education (teaching and non-teaching staff both) 2. Lead a semi-sedentary or sedentary lifestyle 3. Have no prior yoga practice 4. willing to provide pre- and post-intervention biological samples 5. Population of Delhi NCR 6. Age criteria (25-55)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcoholic 2. smoker 3. On medication or have diagnosed physiological illness 4. pregnant or lactating 5. Engage in other physical training (gym, Zumba, etc.)
