Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 16 to 60 years Size of calculi upto 8mm Irrespective of site logging in the urinary tract Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria based on signs and Symptoms of Mutrashmari (Urolithiasis) in ayurvedic classics and modern sciences will be selected for the present study Patients who are co-operative and willing to give written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stone size greater than 8 mm Patient below 16 years and above 60 Calculus with severe Obstructive hydronephrosis calculi with severe infections Calculi with severe systemic disorders like Diabetes Hypertension CA AIDS Renal failure Tuberculosis Pyelonephritis Polycystic kidney Wilms tumor etc Calculi in pregnant women

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Assessment will be done on the basis of relief in signs and symptoms of urolithiasis. 2) Other investigation findings (laboratory as well as radiological) on the basis of specially Designed research proforma through scoring pattern. Timepoint: 90 days
