Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (18-60 years), male or female. Diagnosed with Sadyovrana (acute wound) as per Ayurvedic and modern criteria. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wounds that are bleeding profusely. Full-thickness wounds involving muscle, nerve or vessel damage. Wounds associated with bony and spinal injuries. Chronic, infected, or complicated wounds (Dushta Vrana). Systemic illness affecting wound healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunodeficiency). Known allergy to study medication components. Pregnant or lactating women.
