Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.For cases: Children diagnosed with MIH based on the standard criteria EAPD 2009. 2.For Control: Children without MIH or other anomaly defects. 3. Children aged 6 12 years of both genders. 4. Children with Written Informed Consent from Parents/Guardians and child assent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with missing Permanent Molar and Permanent Incisor. (congenitally missing or Extracted) 2.Children with generalised Enamel Defects (Amelogenesis Imperfecta), Dental Fluorosis, Tetracycline staining. 3.Patients with special health care needs (Physically or Mentally challenged) 4.Patient who had trauma /injury to any fingerprints. 5.Children with severe hand deformities, scars, skin conditions obscuring ridge pattern.
