Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed with hypertension and or T2DM. 2 Patient on atleast 1 antihypertensive or antidiabetic FDC. 3 Patient willing to gice written informed consentt.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant or lactating women. 2 Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.

Percentage of patients receiving dual or triple antihypertensive or antidiabetic drug therapy. 2.Proportion of patients receiving different categories of FDCs of antihypertensive agents or antidiabetic agents. 3.Percentage of prescriptions with specific drug names. 4. Percentage of prescribed drugs included in EDL, Rajasthan. 5. Percentage of drugs prescribed with generic name. 6.Proportion of prescriptions with potential drug-drug interaction. 7.The percentage of antihypertensive and antidiabetic FDCs recommended by the CDSCO approval list.Timepoint: 6 months—
