Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient of either sex having age between 18-60 years. 2.The patient have clinical signs and symptoms of Dhatwagnimandya W.S.R to hypothyroidism. 3.TSH level between 4.5mIU/L to 20mIU/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below the age of 18 years and above the age of 60 years. 2.Patient suffering from congential hypothyroidism and secondary Hypothyroidism. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Severe systemic illness like cardiovascular,hepatic or renal diseases and uncontrolled type2 diabetes mellitus. 5.Subjects having multi neoplasm and toxic goiter.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Improvement in signs and symptoms of Hypothyroidism. 2.Reduction in TSH level and increase in serum T3 and T4 level. 3.Reduction in fatigue,breathlessness,weakness,puffiness on face and weight gain.Timepoint: 60 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Thyroid profile-T3,T4 and TSH,ESR,lipid profile,RBS,Hb% level will be analysed.Timepoint: 60 days
