Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Patients aged between 18 to 70 years. Patients fit for niruha basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with any systemic illness interfering with treatment. All connective tissue disorders other than Rheumatoid arthritis Pregnant women, lactating mothers.
