Inclusion criteria: Currently Enrolled Bachelors And Masters Physiotherapy Students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of recent injury (like Strain, Sprain), fracture, or surgery affecting upper or lower limbs (within the past 6 months) 2.Ongoing issues with chronic pain or inflammatory joint diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia) 3.Any Neurological, Psychological, Cardiac, Respiratory and Psychosomatic disorders.
