Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically and biochemically confirmed cases of Hypothyroidism TSH 5-20 Iu/ml Individuals exhibiting stress as a contributing factor, evaluated using a validated stress assessment tool. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. Participants agreeing to take only individualized Homoeopathic treatment during the study. Subjects without any comorbidities or concurrent medical conditions. Not enrolled in any other clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. History of thyroidectomy, thyroid malignancy, or other cancers. Diagnosed cases of severe psychiatric illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder). Presence of other chronic systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, renal failure, cardiac disease). Individuals under conventional thyroid medications (e.g., Levothyroxine or HRT) or long-term drug therapy. Substance abuse or alcohol dependency. Patients with autoimmune conditions or ongoing immunosuppressive therapy
