Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing major orthopaedic lower limb surgeries Patients with CVD or related risk factors, like Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, obesity, sedentary lifestyle, smoking or history of coronary heart disease in first degree relatives American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status class 2, 3
