Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Indoor paediatric patients of either sex diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis 2 Patient for whom legal consent has been obtained from parent or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with associated comorbidities such as chronic systemic illness or other serious infection 2 Patient with incomplete or missing medical records
