Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no neurological and musculoskeletal affecting gait able to walk without assisstive devices score above 24 on the mini mental state examination(mmse) self willingness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent fractures, joint replacements, or lower limb surgery within the past 6 months. Diagnosed with vestibular disorders, stroke, Parkinson s disease, or other neurological impairments affecting balance. Presence of uncontrolled cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic conditions contraindicating exercise. Severe visual or auditory impairments that may affect safe participation. Currently engaged in any structured balance or gait training program.
