Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of all genders Non healing ulcers (more than 3 months) Wagner grading 1 and 2 Patient in age group 18-70 years Controlled cases of diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Wagner grading 3 4 and 5 Arterial ulcer Malignant ulcer Mentally retarded Patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Patients with any severe systemic illness Immunocompromised and non-cooperative patients Pregnancy Coagulopathy
