Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients between age group of 20-60 years in either sex presenting with clinical features of Gridhrasi. 2. Well Diagnosed and confirmed cases of Gridhrasi on the basis of subjective parameters (Ruka, Toda, Stambha in the Sphik,Kati,Uru, Janu,Jangha and Pada) and objective parameters. 3. Patients with chronicity of less than 5 years. 4. Patients willing to signature the consent form for the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidaemia, tuberculosis 2. Traumatic lesion in the lumbo sacral region. 3. Infective , Neoplastic condition of spine. 4. Pregnancy and lactation
