Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Vatarakta. 2. Patients willing to give written informed consent and able to follow treatment and follow- up schedule. 3. Patients with age group of 30 to 70 irrespective of gender,religion and socioeconomic status. 4.Patients with mild to moderate symptoms (not requiring immediate surgical intervention or hospitalization)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other known inflammatory or degenerative joint diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis, osteoarthritis (severe grade), or connective tissue disorders. 2. History of recent intra-articular injection (within last 4 weeks) in the affected joint. 3. K/C/O Severe systemic illnesses such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, chronic kidney disease (stage 3 or above), liver dysfunction, or cardiac failure. 4. Patients on long-term systemic steroid therapy or recent use of strong anti-inflammatory drugs. 5. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of Sarivadi Taila or Pinda Taila.
