Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willing to participate and comply with all study procedures for the prescribed 9day trial period. 2.Willing to provide written informed consent for participation in the study. 3.Patients With Age Group Of 30 To 60 Irrespective Of Gender,Age,Socioeconomic Condition And Gender. 4.Patients with classcal signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi which is Sciatica. 5.Positive Straight Leg Raise SLR test with an angle between 30degree to 70degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with k/c/o acute or chronic systemic disorders (uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, cardiac diseases). 2.Patients with k/c/o spine diseases, vertebral fractures, severe intervertebral disc disease (PID) showing myopathic symptoms. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Known allergy or sensitivity to Yavadi Taila, Tila Taila, or any of their ingredients. 5. Patients not willing or unable to complete the study duration.
