Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual between 40 to 60 years of age irrespective of gender, religion. Group A 100 healthy Individual without any knee deformity or Janu Sandhigata Vata Group B - 100 Individual who already diagnosed with Janu Sandhigata Vata (Knee OA)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individual with visible congenital and acquired deformities related to lower limb. Individual with any congenital bone deformity at knee region. Individual having acquired anatomical deformity of knee joint. Individual suffering from Janusandhi Amavata (Rheumatoid arthritis). Individual suffering from Auto immune diseases. Individual having history of Fracture or Dislocation of knee joint. Individual underwent any surgical procedure related to knee joint, including joint replacement. Patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes, Psoriatic arthritis, Gouty arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Bone TB and other major systemic disorders will be excluded. Pregnant and lactating women will be excluded.
