Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female football players of age 13-16 years. 2.Active participation in soccer activity without any restrictions in practices (2 4 week) or games (1 week) over the previous 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Reported vestibular problems 2.Low back pain and lower limb injuries that required treatment or that may have impeded performance in the past 6 months. 3.Undergone lumbar spine or any lower extremity surgery in the past 6 months.
