Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Playing Experience: Actively participating in basketball for at least one year 2. Training Commitment: Engaged in basketball specific training for a minimum of two sessions per week or minimum of 5 to 8 hours per week 3. Health Status: No subjective complaints of discomfort, acute injuries or illnesses at the time of participation 4. Eye health: Normal or corrected to normal vision, with no reported visual impairments that could affect performance 5. Vestibular health: No symptoms related to dizziness, imbalance, or vestibular dysfunction are reported 6. Consent: Willing to provide informed consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Injuries: Reported history of injuries (e.g., fractures, dislocations) within the last six months 2. Surgical History: History of orthopedic surgery in the upper extremity, lower extremity or spine 3. Physical Restrictions: Pain in the upper or lower extremity interfering with basketball participation within the last six months
