Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida women Aged between 18 and 35 years Singleton pregnancy with vertex presentation Gestational age between 37 and 40 completed weeks Cervical dilatation of 3 cm or more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical disorders complicating pregnancy such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiac disease, or thyroid disorders Obstetric complications including placenta previa, abruptio placentae, cephalopelvic disproportion, malpresentation, or fetal distress at admission. History of previous uterine surgery eg: myomectomy. Known hypersensitivity to camylofin or drotaverine
