Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Normozoospermia, oligozoospermia, oligoteratozoospermia, teratozoospermia samples of discarding semen samples which will be anonymized and given from the Andrology Laboratory

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Testicular tissue samples, cryopreserved samples, round cell samples, retrograde ejaculates

Sperm selection in a viscous based environment in clinical practice. Improved fertilization rate and quality in cleavage embryos with respect to cooperative pattern of sperm.Timepoint: 0 min, 30 min, 60 min, 90 min and embryo outcomes - day 1, day 2 and day 3
