Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over the age of 25 to 70 years old. 2.Sex All genders. 3.Subject who are willing to give written informed consent. 4.BSL - Fasting - 126 mg/dl to 200 mg/dl 5.Post prandial - 200 mg/dl to 350 mg/dl 6.HbA1C should be 6-8 % (who are not taking allopathic medicine)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactation mothers. 2.Known case of Type I Diabetes Mellitus or I.D.D.M. Patients. 3.Type 2 DM patients having insulin therapy due to secondary failure. 4.Patients suffering from the complications of D.M. like Ketoacidosis, Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy and Diabetic wounds. 5.Patients suffering from any severe systemic disease, chronic infections or any Active malignancy. 6.The patient who used other Anti-Hyperglycemic drugs (Ayurvedic) for 4 weeks before enrollment.
