Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate basketball players aged between 18 years and 25 years. Minimum of half year of competitive experience and training. Both males and females.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent neck, shoulder, or upper limb injuries (within the last half a year). Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting shooting mechanics. Players with a history of chronic neck pain. Any diagnosed condition that can affect the outcome of the results.
